About the Surnames of Kentucky Network
| Surnames of Kentucky Network started in
the winter of 1999. Our goal is to link researchers together by networking
them through this site. We feel this will be a vital resource
of historical and genealogical information for the great state of
Kentucky and it's families. SoKY will be adding links and data in
a continuous fashion. All contributions are gratefully accepted and the
copyright for that information will continue to reside with the contributor.
We do ask that anyone that submits a website. Returns a link back to this
site so that others can be helped as well. There are no "strings" attached
to any contribution. SoKY is a unique project in the fact that it
deals with prominent family surnames from each county of Kentucky.
